IT Support Manager
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Support Manager will guide and act as mentor to the existing support team, ensuring that SLAs are met and the support function runs smoothly. This is very much a hands-on role and the successful candidate will also be directly involved in all support activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer liaison
- Technical Problem solving
- Prioritisation and delegation of calls
- Call logging and tracking
- Systems support
- Process improvments
- Support team management
Knowledge of the following technical areas would be highly beneficial:
- Microsoft server software (IIS, SQL Server)
- Digital certificates
- Linux
- Financial systems
- Share trading
Candidates must have recent experience of working at server configuration level in a support environment. Previous management experience is highly desirable, and it is essential that candidates have an excellent command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
Software Engineers
Utilise your C# .NET, ASP.NET and SQL Server skills to develop interactive, secure applications and web sites for companies in the financial sector.
In this highly competitive area candidates must have:
- Commercial experience of .NET development
- Experience of Microsoft SQL server
- The ability to work in both a multi-disciplined team of developers and solo
